Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree Programme
The degree program is designated as doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). The professional DVM degree program of the faculty is based on a 20 week semester. The course extends over a minimum of six years for the University Matriculation examination (UME) candidates and five years for Direct Entry (DE) candidates. It comprises a pre-professional phase of one year duration and a professional phase of five year (DVM I – V) duration.
